Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer Use of the sauna is done so at your own risk. We ask that you contact your GP if at all in doubt about safely using the sauna. We advise you to seek your GP’s advice if any of the following conditions apply to you (this is not a comprehensive list): • If you're pregnant • If you've had a heart attack or stroke • If you're taking any medications • If you have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems • You have epilepsy • You have asthma or breathing conditions • High or low blood pressure • If you have arterial disease • If you have joint or muscle injury By using the outdoor mobile sauna provided by Lorna Vinson referred to as Sauna Mara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. By booking a session, you are confirming that you, and everyone in your group has considered this advice and those detailed in our terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure your safety and enjoyment, as well as the proper maintenance of the facility. Children 16 or older must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of one adult to two 16+ If you are making the booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all user aware if the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use. The sauna should be booked in advance. Time slots are limited to ensure availability and maintenance. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 persons at any time. All users must follow the operating instructions and guidelines provided by the Sauna Mara, including temperature settings and ventilation requirements. The sauna must not be moved or relocated from its designated position unless expressly authorised by the Sauna Mara. The sauna is to be used only for its intended purpose, which is relaxation and wellness. Any inappropriate behaviour, including intoxication, disorderly conduct, or misuse of the facility, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at anytime due to unsuitable weather conditions. We will contact you to rearrange your booking. Your safety is our first concern. 2.
